One of my 52 things for the year is to menu plan weekly. This week is a pretty easy week for us as we get back into the swing of things so to speak. I am switching our leftover night to Thursday nights instead of Fridays because Marie will be starting play practice at co-op beginning this week and we will be getting home right around dinner time.
