It is so hard to say goodbye, but isn't it for everyone? Today, I closed the doors to my daycare for the last time. It was heartbreaking for me to watch the children leave one last time. I sit her cying as I am writing this, sad because it is over, but I know it is for the best for my health and family. My heart is broken but time will heal. I will keep in touch with these children and their parents, some of which I have had in my precious care since they were 6 week old babies. I look forward to seeing the children continue to grow and progress. So, instead of goodbye I will say see you later and have a good day!
Always,
Mrs. Jacquelin

It's Official: I'm closing my daycare
With much prayer and thought put into my (our) decision as a family, I am closing my daycare. It is for the best as my body is not able to keep up with the pregnacy changes and caring for 12 cildren 10+ hours a day, plus my own four for the rest of the day. My body just can't keep up and having the complications from this are not worth the risk to my baby or myself. So my last day of work will be on the 30 April, just 10 short days from now. Its been fun and I have enjoyed every moment;all of the kids who have passed through my door will always have a special place in my heart!

30 days from today...
We have our 18th week ultrasound. I am so excited and can hardly wait to find out the gender of our little bean growing inside. I have been able to feel the baby fluttering around since 12 weeks, what a great feeling! Boy or Girl we will all be so happy to know so that we can officially start calling the baby by his or her name. Still quite undecided about a girls name, but it will come once I see the baby on the screen. 30 days and counting....
I'm back
Sorry for the long delay in posting. I hope to keep up with this blog within the next few months. Whats been going on since my absence? We are expecting our 5th child in late Sept./early Oct., Mike has deployed, the girls are growing and getting bigger with each day, and I gained 7 followers! Awesome things will be happening in our lives in the next few weeks. I will definitely keep you posted!
